2 State-of-the-art Manufacturing Facilities
We are the largest manufacturer of high-performance specialty-coated EDM wires, plain brass wires, and tinsel threads (Zari wires) in India, with an annual production capacity exceeding 1,500 MT. Our head office is located in Mumbai, providing us with easy access to all major transportation gateways, including land, sea, and air.
We operate two manufacturing units situated in Umargam (Gujarat), and Baddi (Himachal Pradesh). Both facilities are equipped with advanced machinery, enabling us to produce premium-quality wires compatible with the rapidly growing supply of Japanese and European wire-cut machines and producing and tinsel threads for the textile industry

We are the largest manufacturers of high-performance Brass & Coated EDM Wires in India with a capacity of over 1000MT annually. With the Head Office at Mumbai, India we have easy access to all major gateways of transportation, be it Land, Sea or Air. We have two manufacturing units, which manufacture plain Brass and high-performance specialty Coated EDM Wires. Both units are equipped with advanced machinery and produce premium quality of wires suitable for use on Japanese and European wire cut machines, whose population is fast growing.
An ever-evolving team of technical specialists and in-house experts have helped us develop customised wires that can hold their quality when compared to foreign wires. This has opened the gates for customers who were previously limited to using only imported wires, to access a revolutionary market at better costs. Our custom made wires for OEMs like GF+, Mitsubishi, Makino, Fanuc and Sodick has helped us solidify our hold in the industry, and has led to an expansion of our R&D capabilities.
